Q. How much does a greeting cost?

A. Prices generally start at $95 depending on location.

Q. How long does my greeting stay up and what time is it delivered?

A. Normally it is setup the night prior to event right at dark and picked up either the following night at dark or day after event. We no longer setup late night hours to keep everyone safe.

Q. Do you setup during the day?

A. Yes!

Q. What is included in my Greeting?

A. 10 to 12 Characters, 6 corregated Balloons and letter phrase of under 18 to customize as you like. Please note some smaller yards require less inventory to fit. We will make every effort possible to put all the letters, etc. in but will not allow our display to be crowded as we take pride in placement and layout. We want it to look good for you!

Q. Can I mix displays?

A. There are a few displays we can mix as long as they are available at no extra cost.

Q. Do you do last minute setups?

A. All the time! Sometimes we are all booked but make every effort to accommodate you.

Q. How do I choose a display for someone? I don’t know what to get.

A. What are their interest, hobbies or passion? That’s a great start!

Q. How do I book a greeting with you?

A. Text or call 502-851-6287 or 502-802-9835 and we can take your order. Orders cannot be taken on website. We do not want to take the risk of not receiving valuable information and miss a special day for you. Once you place your confirmed order with us you may use PayPal on our website to make a payment. Please note all greetings booked for some time must be paid 48 hours in advance to assure delivery. If you need to cancel please call at least 8 hours in advance for a full refund less PayPal fees.
